We aim to respond to you as soon as possible during business days. In most cases, we can inform you right away about the expected time we need to take care of it.
We try to avoid delays in responses or processing (e.g., due to staff illnesses).
Please note that we cannot reply to anonymous feedback – but it will, of course, still be addressed.
