Bitte beachte die folgenden Hinweise:
The Youth Exchange focuses on how propaganda and populism influence societies, shape public opinion, and affect young people in their everyday lives. Through a mix of interactive workshops, team-building, creative media production, and real-life observation, participants will learn to recognise misinformation, analyse political and media messages, and understand the emotional and social mechanisms behind them. Activities such as critical media analysis, role play, and campaign creation support the development of media literacy, empathy, and inclusive communication skills.
By collaborating in a diverse international group, participants will gain new perspectives, reflect on identity and privilege, and work towards building positive narratives that counter division, misinformation, and hate speech.

Youth exchanges are dynamic programs that bring together young people from different countries to share experiences, ideas, and cultures. Through these exchanges, participants engage in various activities, workshops, and projects that promote cross-cultural understanding, personal growth, and the development of essential life skills.
By fostering international friendships and collaboration, youth exchanges inspire a sense of unity, open-mindedness, and european/global citizenship among the next generation, preparing them to be active contributors to a diverse and interconnected world.
The EJBM regularly offers various international youth exchanges in Magdeburg with different topics and learning objectives.
