The European Youth Education Centre (EJBM) is currently hosting an inspiring group of young volunteers as part of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme. Over the coming weeks, they will contribute their creativity, energy and international perspectives to our work — and you will also see much more of them on our social media channels.
The Partnership for Democracy Magdeburg, a project of the European Youth Education Centre Magdeburg, is currently preparing a Youth Conference together with the StadtJugendRing Magdeburg. The aim is to create a space where the topics, ideas and perspectives of young people take centre stage.

The European Youth Education Centre (EJBM), together with GOEUROPE! and EUROPE DIRECT Halle, was represented with an information stand at the CHANCE Fair in Halle. Together with our ESC volunteers from different European countries as well as our local peer education team TEAM EUROPA, we spoke with many young visitors.

From 15 to 18 February 2026, the Annual International Partner Meeting of the Europäische Jugendbildungsstätte Magdeburg (EJBM) took place in Magdeburg. The multi-day professional meeting brought together international partner organisations of the EJBM from numerous European countries. Representatives of the City of Magdeburg were also present, alongside representatives of Magdeburg’s international partner cities – Radom (Poland) and Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) – as well as education professionals from a school in the French partner city of Le Havre.

From 22 to 26 March, the Europäische Jugendbildungsstätte Magdeburg (EJBM) invites participants to take part in a free educational trip to Brussels. Over five days, participants will gain exciting insights into European politics – directly on site, where key decisions for Europe are made.
