Du solltest zwischen 16 und 30 Jahren alt sein und Deutsch auf umgangssprachlichen Niveau gut sprechen und verstehen können (Niveau B2)
Prinzipiell solltest du der EU und ihren Werten wie Demokratie, Schutz der Menschenrechte, kulturelles Miteinander und Solidarität positiv gegenüber stehen. Wenn du über Details und Tagespolitik diskutieren möchtest — immer gerne!
Dir entstehen durch den Besuch des Ausbildungsseminars keine Kosten. Du wirst bei uns in der EJBM untergebracht (Mehrbettzimmer) und wir stellen alle Mahlzeiten und Kaffeepausen.
Sollten dir durch die Teilnahme am Seminar Reisekosten entstehen, erstatten wir diese. Sprich uns dazu bitte vor Ort an und hebe Belege (z. B. ÖPNV-Tickets, Bahntickets) auf. Das Deutschlandticket können wir nicht erstatten.

The EJBM regularly offers various international training courses in Magdeburg with different topics and learning objectives.
We are looking for hands on young people to help us improve our educational youth center. While there will be some hands-on activities that involve light physical labour, there will be plenty of opportunity to be creative in your own projects.
This ESC Teams will be hands on- supporting us with various projects on our premises. Nevertheless, Participants will get the choice to be creative in their own projects. Depending on their skills and interests, they will get the possibility to get insights into various aspects of our work like youth exchanges, training course and being a place where people come to learn in general.
