Organized by the Otto von Guericke University (OVGU), an Erasmus+ training took place on November 21, 2024, at the Europeschool "Grundschule Sudenburg" in Magdeburg, with 40 student teachers from various universities and schools across Saxony-Anhalt participating. As part of our work as the Erasmus+ Mobility Consortium for Saxony-Anhalt, we actively participated in the training and supported it with our content and materials.
As part of our ongoing collaboration with the Anhalt Vocational School Center "Hugo Junkers" in Dessau, we held intensive consultations on Erasmus+ mobility opportunities on November 19, 2024. We were supported by a group of international volunteers who are currently assisting our work at the European Youth Education Centre (EJBM) through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC). Our goal: to increase the number of mobilities within our Erasmus+ mobility consortium in the field of vocational education and training, and to provide young people with international experiences.

From November 18 to 22, 2024, we had the opportunity to participate in the »Educational Forum for the Staff of Youth Centres in the Network of the Council of Europe Quality Label for Youth Centres«. This event took place at the European Youth Centre Budapest and marked another milestone for us: it was our first training after recently joining the network of youth centres awarded the Council of Europe Quality Label.
From November 2nd to 6th, we had the great pleasure of welcoming 15 young people from Georgia to the European Youth Education Centre Magdeburg (EJBM). Their visit aimed to deepen their understanding of voluntary social engagement while gaining fresh perspectives and inspiration for their own projects.

What can educators in after-school care centers and facilities in Poland and Germany learn from each other? With this question in mind, twelve professionals from Masovia, Saxony-Anhalt's partner region, visited the European Youth Education Centre Magdeburg.
